Nice hotel with large rooms and access to a market and some small local malls near by. Bed was large and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and overall was a good experience.

I stayed in room 1203 and the condition of the room was very good, the view was very Good, the service was also very friendly, especially Zainal the Butler was very helpful and very friendly

A very high standard hotel, located in a cental area for other amenities. Excellent choice of breakfast, and a nice touch with the high tea. All staff very polite and nothing too much trouble. My wife loved the pool.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay made all the more special by the very accommodating staff. Special mention for agung in the bar who could not have been more accommodating after we arrived late
